On this page, I collected some photos of the process of making my Flower Anglaise. Doesn’t the fabric look pretty? It is so colorful!
Right at the beginning, I had to fold the fabric to create the pleating on the back.
It looks like this when they are sewed down. I could have used a more elaborate method of stitching it down.
Unfortunately, the dress was too small once it was finished, and I could not let it out. As a result, I decided to add another layer to the front that was wider.
Furthermore, I sewed a piece of fabric to the lining.
In addition to the colorful print of the fabric, I wanted to add some decoration made of the petticoat’s fabric.
