Cosplay & Historic Dresses

For a ball taking place in the summer, I had to do a project settled in Ancient Greece. Therefore, I decided to do an Athena Cosplay. Since she is the goddess of crafting and tactical warfare, I wanted to include both female and warrior-themed elements in my costume.

The basic outfit consists of a white dress, that is very long and is worn with an underdress. The sleeves are connected by several small beads. Afterwards, the armor piece is added. I created it by using foam and acrylic paint, as well as a back-lacing. Furthermore, I built an olympic crown and a bracelet. The only prop I use is the speer, so that the outfit is very simple.
