Military Anglaise
For the “Wave Gotik Treffen” 2015 in Leipzig/Germany I designed this dress. It combines the very feminine time of rococo dresses with a military motif. It is based on my old patterns and influenced by a movie costume worn by Natalie Dormer. Instead of the light silks used in the last quarter of the 18th century, this dress is made of heavy camouflage cotton and the black cotton I use for many dresses. It does not include any big underwear, but the stays, a blouse and a petticoat.
